Striking office blocks at the heart of the Zuidas

Tripolis Offices is a collection of three office buildings in a campus-like and green setting. The offices are situated close to a high-profile location on the A10 Ring Road and Amstelveenseweg. The design of the buildings is a creation of renowed architect Aldo van Eyk. The shape of the buildings makes the office spaces highly flexible, with every opportunity for separate units or open plan designs in any conceivable configuration.

Tripolis comprises a total of 23,350 m² of office space. Two of the three office buildings (Tripolis 200 and 300) have already been accommodated by notable companies. At this time, we have approximately 7.400 m² of first row stand-alone offices for rent.

Tripolis 100 (top building as seen from above) facilitates interesting VAT-friendly possibilities, in combination with an underground car park with excellent parking facilities. Partly thanks to the fact that the surface area varies from one floor to another, it is possible to provide virtually every organisation with exactly the accommodation they need.
